D4: Findings from Co-Creation
In the team notebook, document what your team has learned from the co-creation session:
(1) Summarize the feedback you received during the co-creation session in point form
(2) Describe how you will integrate this feedback into your prototype development (1 paragraph, 100 words max)
(3) Considering your tech (i.e., AI) and non-tech solution -- are they each a standalone solution that can by itself adequately address the target problem?
● If so, provide your reasoning. Which solution (tech vs non-tech) do you feel to be stronger and why?
● If the solutions are not standalone solutions, provide your reasoning. Can these solutions be combined to address different aspects of the target problem?
(4) As a team, decide and describe the revised/refined tech and non-tech solution you plan to move forward with.
Submission
D4 should be completed in the team notebook under Week 6.
Due Date is 5pm the day before your next class.
Reminder about TC1
Reminder to complete TC1 by 5pm the day before your next class (Nov 2/4). Paste your project team's completed Technical Consultation Report into your team notebook, by creating a
TC1 section under Week 5.
Note that the responsibility is on the Advisee to contact and make arrangements with the technical consultation team, and not at the last minute. If the advisee does not arrange for the consultation meeting within a reasonable timeframe and/or cannot be reached, then the advisee lose marks on TC1 but the technical consultation team is not penalized.
The purpose of TC1 is for your project team to get additional advice from students external to your team. Take advantage of this opportunity!
